Terms & Conditions
By making a booking the customer/guest(s) agrees to comply with these terms and conditions:
PAYMENT
When making a reservation at Lodge Lagom you have to pay the total amount including the cleaning costs. The payment must be done within 7 days after making the reservation. The reservation is only final if payment is made on time. If payment is not received within 14 days after making the booking (and within 30 days before the scheduled arrival date) then Lagom Lodge has the right to accept another booking in the same period. Of course this is first communicated in advance.
The remaining amount must be paid and be received at the owners bank account not later than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. If this is not the case, the owner reserves the right to offer the accommodation again. If reservation is within 30 days, then the total amount must be paid directly. Cleaning costs will be charged for every booking regardless of the booking duration.
HOUSE RULES OF LODGE LAGOM

All the items inside and outside Lodge Lagom are for use at the location. You can use it, but you can not take it with you.

It is forbidden to take the belongings of Lode Lagom (towels, tableware etc.) outside the location. So if you want for example to have a picknick somewhere in nature you can buy equipment in the supermarket yourself or ask the owner what you can borrow to take with you.

Smoking is not allowed inside the entire guesthouse, the bedrooms and the bathroom. Smoking outside the window is also a violation of this rule. Failure to adhere this requirement will result in guest(s) being asked to leave the guesthouse immediately and there will be no refund of the paid amount.

Use and possession of any kind of drug is strictly prohibited in the guesthouse. Failure to adhere to this rule will automatically result in a police intervention and the guest(s) will be banned from the property. There will be no refund of the paid amount.

No animals are allowed in or on the property of Lodge Lagom.

Lodge Lagom is for customers only. Customers are not allowed to invite other guests into the guesthouse or outside on the property. It is also not allowed to give the key to third parties other than the guests who were listed as guest who have been given on the booking form.

Loss or damage. The customer will be responsible for any loss or damage caused at the guesthouse. The customer may be liable for reasonable cost or repairing, cleaning or replacing any property of Lodge Lagom, which is damaged, soiled or lost by guest(s) and customer always have to inform before departure if this is the case. You will be charged for damage, loss and disappearing items that belongs to Lodge Lagom.

Guests are expected to be responsible and handle the offered items with care. Leave the guesthouse as you found it, so the next guests can enjoy as much as you did.

Defects must be reported immediately to the owner. Any defects or missing things you discover must be reported immediately to the owner. To enable the owner to resolve this for you where possible.

Guests must always follow the instructions of the owner. The owner of Lodge Lagom can accommodate guests in violation of these terms and conditions and in case of inappropriate behavior with immediate effect refuse the entry of Lodge Lagom without further notice and statement of reasons and without refund of accommodation costs.
CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT
Check-in time is from 15:00 hrs. local time. Please inform if possible what the expected time of arrival is, so that there is someone available to welcome you and give you the keys. If you prefer an earlier check-in time, please consult in advance what the possibilities are in connection with subsequent bookings. An earlier check-in time therefor will be charged an additional amount.
Check-out time is until 11:00 hrs. local time. If you prefer a late check-out on the day of departure, please consult in advance what the possibilities are in connection with subsequent bookings. If later check-out is possible an additional amount will be charged. Failure to check-out by 11:00 hrs. may result in the customer being charged for a late check-out.
LODGE LAGOM'S LIABILITY
Lodge Lagom will endeavor to do all that is reasonable to ensure the guest(s) and its belongings are safe and secure during their stay in the guesthouse. However, Lodge Lagom will not be liable for any accidents beyond its control or for any loss, damage or theft of the guest(s) property.
The customer agrees that Lodge Lagom is only supplying its facilities, products and services to the customer for private use and have no liability to the customer for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of business opportunity.
Lodge Lagom can not be held liable or responsible for personal injury resulting from your stay in Lodge Lagom and the owner is never liable for any damage also suffered by the guest, vehicle and/or third parties unless the damage is direct the result of intent or gross negligence. Any kind of consequential damage is excluded.
PERSONAL DATA
The customer hereby consents to Lodge Lagom collecting of the customer’s personal data such as name, surname, email address, address, telephone number, bank account number and of all the guests date of birth of all guests. Lodge Lagom will only use these data for own use to register bookings and future promotions and will never share, sell or disclose guest(s) personal data to any other person, business or third party.

CANCELLATION POLICY
It is the customers own responsibility to take a cancellation insurance. In case of unforeseen circumstances this may covers the costs.
We require a 30 days cancellation notice prior to your scheduled arrival date, otherwise

If the reservation is cancelled 48 hours or less before check-in, or after check-in, the fee is 75% of the reservation amount.

If the reservation is cancelled more than 48 hours, and 30 days or less, before check-in, the fee is 50% of the reservation amount.

If the reservation is cancelled more than 30 days before check-in, the fee is 25% of the total reservation amount.

In case of No-Show, 100 % we will charge you the total amount of the total invoice and no refund will be done.

If you want to rebook the reservation to another date then there is no extra charge, but the booking have to take place within 1 year after the former booked arrival date. After a rebooking no refund is possible
Extra Services like breakfast that are booked will be refunded up untill 48 hours prior to your scheduled arrival date. Cleaning fee will be refunded till the arrival date.
Lodge Lagom has always the right to cancel the booking if the guesthouse becomes unavailable due to the circumstances outside Lodge Lagom's control in which case Lodge Lagom will repay the customer in full or make a rebooking. Lodge Lagom's liability will be limited to repayment of the charges paid by the customer in advance, if any
Lodge Lagom may at any time cancel the booking if the payment details provided by the customer are invalid and the customer fails to provide alternative valid details.
